Hair Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Deliver outstanding customer service while providing high quality shampoos and conditioning treatments.
- Assist guests and team members as needed to keep the salon flowing smoothly, accurately and thoroughly.
- Support salon through maintaining cleanliness and safety of work areas
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service to exceed guest expectations
- Greets guests in a timely and friendly fashion and ensures guests are comfortable throughout their OCEAN’s experience
- Consistently increases guest retention by building relationships and prebooking
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to business needs
Requirement:
- Min 1 year experience as hair assistant
- Good shampoo and massage skill is a big plus.
- Malaysians are welcomed
Compensation:
- Salary up to $2000 (inclusive of Commissions)
- Staff Discount
